Case Study - Kwiqq
Kwiqq.com were commissioned by First Choice Holidays to build '2wentysworld' - a community site for their younger holiday brand.
The new site included many features and Jack Fairhall (CEO) knew that quickly introducing the site's features to new users was key to get users to try the features.
Jack felt that several screencasts could introduce all of the necessary features in just a few minutes and that a viewer would feel comfortable following his lead.
